The Whole Foods Market located in Denver’s historic Capitol Hill location is many Denverites’ go-to store for fresh, organic and local groceries in their neighborhood. The sense of community surrounding this store is its defining element. ArtHouse wanted to highlight this neighborhood feel while refreshing the store’s décor, signage, wayfinding and environmental graphics.
Teaming with local tattoo shop Dedication Tattoo, ArtHouse created custom graphics for each department in a way that complements the neighborhood. The colorful, vintage tattoo-inspired signage and décor underscore the brand values of Whole Foods Market in a way that feels unique to the local community, while clearly conveying the quality and care they put into everything they sell.
