The ArtHouse team built on the grand architectural vocabulary of the building to develop a sophisticated look and feel for the exterior and interior wayfinding and signage elements. The elegant, scholarly approach to design in this project allowed for a degree of timelessness and longevity, anchoring the library at the heart of Denver’s most prominent civic and cultural institutions. ArtHouse Design’s inventive and successful work on the library eventually led the team to work on other projects at the Civic Center Cultural Complex, including the Denver Art Museum.
