ParkRidge

Beginning with a crisp new identity, ArtHouse designed a suite of truly iconic and sculptural signage elements to demarcate the boundaries of ParkRidge and to differentiate it from other, more subdued commercial districts in the area. Eye-catching golden mountains create a regal gateway at the main entrance to the district and prominently identify the project to drivers on nearby I-25. By re-cladding existing landscaping walls in a simple metal paneling, ArtHouse imbued the project with a newly modern flair. The large scale metal type sits on the new walls for a Hollywood style effect and is echoed on vertical monument signs in more constrained locations. With its new sophisticated look, ParkRidge has stepped boldly into the 21st Century.
