Meridian is a large-scale metropolitan district located south of Denver, near the bustling Denver Tech Center. ArtHouse Design was hired by the district to design an iconic and high-tech signage gateway program with the aim of attracting marquee tenants and developers.

Already home to Fortune 500 companies such as Starz, Jacobs Engineering Group and Dish Network, Meridian sought to reflect their forward-looking vision for a technology-focused district through an updated signage program and brand identity. ArtHouse designed a family of large-scale signs, including four 50-foot tall pylons that feature coordinated and programmable LED lighting, as well as oversized monument signs, visible from the highway at 75 miles per hour.
