Back in 2015, ArtHouse Design helped establish Belleview Station as the next exciting destination in Denver’s retail and dining scenes through a suite of elegant signage and wayfinding wayfinding elements, for what was then a group of mostly empty lots. As the master-planned district began to fill, the ownership group realized that Belleview Station was struggling to find its voice and connect with its target audience amongst the competition of Denver’s development boom. Front Range Development Co. turned to ArtHouse Design to help revamp and refresh the Belleview Station brand to speak more directly to their target clientele in a sophisticated, contemporary way.

ArtHouse took the existing Belleview Station logo and updated it to be more versatile and useful, while still maintaining the same look and feel to coordinate with signage and other existing elements. This was then complemented with a new color palette, a suite of patterns inspired by luxury silk scarves and updated messaging and copy. The new branding was then applied to a host of collateral and other activations such as business cards, letterhead, light rail train wraps, shopping bags and marketing materials in order to establish a more eye-catching and memorable presence in the community. Belleview Station is now poised to become a hub for its residents and neighbors, as well as a premiere shopping and dining destination in South Denver.
