Inspired by the bold geometry of art deco style, ArtHouse created a custom branded signage and wayfinding family for The Fitzgerald, a luxury apartment building in Denver's historic Lower Downtown.

The signage and wayfinding embodies the project’s brand cornerstones and uses a mix of sophisticated materials, a refined color palette, and elegant typography.
As part of the project’s wayfinding, ArtHouse designed a system of bespoke, art-deco-inspired icons that are used as 3-dimensional amenity and restroom identification signs.
The penthouse unit ID signs feature backlit stone that reflects the brand’s nod to the opulent 1920s, while bringing a modern design sensibility.
The signage package complements the high-end finishes throughout the building, creating a coveted destination for Denver’s urban dwellers.
