Lakehouse on 17th

Lakehouse is a one-of-a-kind luxury community, not only because of its proximity to Sloan’s Lake (a rare waterfront in dry Colorado), but because of its focus on healthy, natural living. With amenities like a vegetable garden, wellness suite, creative studio and one of the first WELL certifications in Denver, the attention to detail that went into the project is unmatched. The developer, NAVA Real Estate turned to ArtHouse Design to further set this unique building apart by designing a suite of signage and wayfinding elements that play off of the building’s natural influences. By incorporating honest materials like wood, frosted glass and subtle halo illumination, the signage and wayfinding elements create a spa-like atmosphere, while communicating clearly.
