Renaissance Hotel Denver Downtown

Stonebridge Companies turned to ArtHouse Design because they needed eye-catching projecting signs for their iconic Downtown Denver Renaissance Hotel and its restaurant The Range. Due to the fact that this hotel is housed in the historic Colorado National Bank building, which is a Denver Landmark, this project required a tricky and complex Comprehensive Sign Plan to gain approval for the signs’ design, as well as their placement on the historic marble. With unmatched expertise, ArtHouse deftly wrote and navigated the Comprehensive Sign Plan approval process, but was able to add two beautiful examples to Downtown Denver’s famous collection of sculptural, 3D projecting signs.
