Parq on Speer

Greystar approached ArtHouse Design to create a fully-custom suite of signage, theming and wayfinding for their newest luxury apartment project, Parq on Speer, in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood. ArtHouse developed a thoughtful Comprehensive Sign Plan for the project due to the building’s unique shape and location. ArtHouse subsequently designed large-scale exterior signage that was integrated into the façades of the building in an elegant way, reminiscent of a couture fashion label. Bringing this same concept to the pedestrian experience with eye-catching projecting signage and throughout amenity spaces in the building, ArtHouse transformed Parq into a thoughtfully-branded, experiential residence unlike any other.
