ArtHouse developed the brand and identity for this project, beginning with a logo that is sophisticated an on-trend—but not trendy. This visual brand was then applied to interior and exterior signage, wayfinding and amenity supergraphics. ArtHouse incorporated many of the key signage elements into the architecture by wrapping building elements or playing with scale to draw the eye down corridors or to key focal points. Using unique design elements such as pegs to add dimension and character to the Sky Lounge supergraphic, ArtHouse was able to add design surprises throughout the space that intrigue residents and visitors alike.
