ArtHouse Design was contracted by the developer, Shea Properties, to ideate a name, branding, and signage suite for this upscale development. Taking inspiration from the project’s colorful name, ArtHouse designed a one-of-a-kind monument sign that glows internally, as well as a full suite of supporting signage and theming elements. Four-foot deep extruded dimensional letters in the clubhouse welcome future residents, while vibrant supporting signs enhance wayfinding throughout the complex.
