Located in a transit-oriented zone—just across the tracks from the historic Summit Brick Yard—in Lakewood, Colorado, Brickhouse at Lamar Station is a four-story high-end, multifamily development built by Riverpoint Partners. ArtHouse designed a brand and custom signage suite that complements the industrial nature of the project’s neighborhood and history.

With a dynamic color-changing LED ground sign and several intriguing building signs, Brickhouse’s built environment brings the branding to life via a number of layered touchpoints throughout the building. Rich patterning of the brand’s signature magnolia flower graphic adorns the fitness center, while hexagonal details that complement the interior design palette greet residents at their doors.
