Glowing Seating at Mushrif Central Park

As part of ArtHouse Design's work for Mushrif Central Park in Abu Dhabi, one of the primary goals was to provide engaging experiential features for guests after dark due to the intense heat of UAE summers. ArtHouse took this opportunity to design custom seating elements, in collaboration with the team from Valley Crest Design Group, that glow in candy colors and that change as a person walks by or sits down. Although the park has already been open for some time (and to wide acclaim), the custom seating was recently completed as part of Phase II for this project. ArtHouse Design received a video of these gorgeous benches and seats being tested for the first time and the effect is pretty spectacular.
