Ken-Caryl Ranch

Having received wide praise for their efforts to create a beautiful residential community that embraces the natural local landscape, the Ken-Caryl Ranch Masters Association sought to maintain its prominence as a desirable, family-oriented part of the Denver metro area. ArtHouse Design was approached to design new monument and wayfinding signage for its expansive footprint. ArtHouse was inspired by the picturesque landscape and the area’s history as an agricultural settlement and used this to inform the design of prominent gateways. Incorporating authentic, rough-hewn wooden beams, stacked stone and visual cues from the agriculture industry, ArtHouse connected this community both to its Colorado roots and its history of westward expansion.
