Environmental Graphic Design

Environmental or experiential graphic design is a constantly evolving, multidisciplinary field that incorporates traditional graphic design, architecture, interior design, public art and urban planning. As defined by the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD), environmental graphic design is “concerned with the visual aspects of wayfinding, communicating identity and information, and shaping the idea of creating experiences that connect people to place.”

ArtHouse excels at smart, creative design of custom environmental installations that incorporates placemaking, marketing, branding and function. Translating the look and feel of a brand into identity signage, monuments, directional and informational signs, décor, and exhibit designs and donor recognition installations is one of the ArtHouse team’s most finely honed skills and has cemented ArtHouse Design’s reputation as one of the preeminent firms in the environmental graphic design field.
