ArtHouse developed the logo, identity and naming, signage, wayfinding, placemaking and branding for this skyscraper in the middle of Downtown Denver, as well as the. ArtHouse took advantage of the grand entrances and imbued a contemporary urban feel that is supported by the elegant chrome finishes and large-scale typography. Refreshing the aesthetic and brand, as well as creating comprehensive signage guidelines, helped this building’s redevelopment initiative attract exciting new tenants such as the Ritz-Carlton Denver.
